GMCO Heavy Duty Class 150 Fixed Flange Assemblies are one piece welded design that allows quick installation of flanges onto industrial rubber hoses. No special tooling is required for installation. Constructed of pipe grade schedule 40 API 5L Grade B Carbon Steel with ferrules that are zinc plated chromate finish to provide years of trouble free service. Stainless steel flange assemblies are also available in all sizes. Couplings can be crimped or swaged for ease of installation.
GMCO Heavy Duty Flange Assemblies are longer and heaver than most swage assemblies on the market to cover a larger range of hose working pressures. George Myer also has the largest in stock size range of swage fittings in the industry, covering sizes for 2” through 12” with all conceivable end configurations.
