use high strength ribs structure inside machine base and bed to ensure high rigidity. Integrated one piece machine base & bed design, with 850mm(33”) width bed slide ways, induction hardening heat treatment hardened and precision ground.

1. Multi function gear box design is easily to cut metric or imperial threads, module thread or diametral pitch thread without changing gears.
2. Symmetrical headstock design, minimize thermal displacement and dynamic strain deformations.
3. 12 steps spindle speed, highest speed 400 rpm, spindle is made of chromium-molybdenum steel with induction hardening heat treatment hardened and ground for high accuracy and longevity.
4. The spindle is support by 3 point (4 high precision bearings), front spindle is specially using a taper roller bearing plus a high rigidity double row cylindrical roller bearing to ensure ultra spindle heavy duty performances.
5. Standard spindle bore 153mm.
6. Gear box and auto longitudinal feeding stop device of apron work longitudinal/cross feeding and thread cutting easily. Also can be changed to manual operation with hand wheel.
7. Saddle can be adjusted by tapered gib to ensure proper contact ratio for excellent smooth movement and heavy duty process. Tool post is set on a movable compound cross slide, easy to take off for mounting with other optional mechanism.
8. Tailstock body designed with rolling bearings for light & smooth movement. Mt#7 extra large quill taper and diameter. 2 steps quill feeding mechanism for various drilling process with ease.
