We are now TS-16949 & are on our way for certifying as ISO-14000.
We have a fully integrated manufacturing plant for Wiper Systems, We have all the critical manufacturing processes under one roof namely, High Speed Stamping Division backed by an Ultra modern Tool-room with Wire-Cut machines, EDM CNC Spark erosion m/c, VMC’s, CNC Turning centres,many more conventional machines,Pre-Treatment Division,Electro-Deposition Coating Line,Unmanned Conveyorised Powder coating system,Banbury Rubber compound facility, Hydraulic High pressure moulding presses,Automatic Wiper Production lines, etc……
To render best support for our quality assurance department, we have an in-house Q.C. lab for layout Inspection,Rubber properties testing, paint adhesion, corrosion testing, Wiper Motor testing facilities like Sound Chamber, Torque Tests, Vibration tests & many more endurance testing facilities.We take this Pride in stating that our high quality Wiper Systems are able to meet requirements/specification of our valued customers in India & Overseas.
We have recently introduced a complete New range of Hybrid Flat Wiper Blades for new generation Cars.
We even have introduced Wiper Motors with Rain Sensors for Cars,Trucks & Buses.
These latest new generation products have been developed with our 35 years experience in the Wiper Manufacturing field.These Wiper Motors, Linkages/Transmissions, Wiper Arms, Wiper Blades & Washer bottles have been tested at our in-house laboratory for Endurance,Functional,Corrosion resistance, Fatigue & other tests as per Domestic & International Standards.
