Processing Step:

1.First pre-shredder shreds wire/cable into 5-25cm length;

2.By conveyor,crushed wire/cable are conveyed to main crusher,which crush them again into 3-5mm length plastic pieces and copper garanules mixture;

3.Mixture is sent to vibration system,by airflow gravity sorter and vibration screen,plastic pieces are separated from copper granules with high separation rate;

4.Copper granules and plastic pieces come out from different outlets,dust is collected by pulse dust catcher through air duct.
