Helical Gear, Shape : Round

We fabricate the Helical Gear using the hobbling process for gears upto 600 mm diameter. While manufacturing the Helical Gear we can achieve an AGMA 10 rating on helical gears that are not heat treated, based on the pitch and material. Also we have the facility of grinding the tooth profile and achieve up to AGMA 13 on helical gears up to 630 mm in diameter for gears that are heat treated.

• Gear face length up to 300 mm with a range of +/- 45 degree helix angles
• Tolerances up to 0.005
• Hob helical gears on shafts are also manufactured
