Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan started manufacturing of F.H.P. Electric Motors in the year 1975 in the name of M/s Dilip Electronics in small premises admeasuring 400 sq. ft in an industrial estate. Today the factory is having its own premises of 5000 sq. ft and is running in the name of M/s Delco Fans Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan is the Chairman and Managing Director of the industry. He is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer from Aurangabad.
The Marketing department is headed by Mr. Chetan D. Vaishampayan, the elder son of Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan. He is a Commerce Graduate and has successfully completed M.B.A. from Mumbai University.
The Purchase department is headed by Mr. Anand D Vaishampayan, the younger son of Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University.
The Production department is headed by Mr. Vijay N. Marathe, an Electrical Engineer from Aurangabad.
