1. The Product Description  The Bld SeriesVertical Reducer is the ideal choice when requiring a robust gearbox in acompact package. The Cycloidal Flange Mounted Speed Reducer  provides a large amount of contact surfacearea between the wheel and the pins that allows it to handle unstable loadswell and minimize wear. This is our standard cycloidal series providing avariety of frame sizes (A – F) that can handle a maximum input of 60 HP, andalso the possibility to implement multiple reductions when required. TheCirculute 3000 and our related products that utilize Pinwheel Motor ForCrushers technology deliver the most robust solution in the most compactfootprint. The main power train is comprised of an eccentric roller bearingthat drives a wheel around a set of internal pins, keeping the reduction highand the rotational inertia low. The wheel incorporates a curved tooth profileinstead of the more traditional involute tooth profile, which removes shearforces at any point of contact. This design introduces compression forces,instead of those shear forces that would exist with an involute gear mesh. Thatprovides a number of performance benefits such as high shock load capacity(>500% of rating), minimal friction and wear, lower mechanical servicefactors, among many others. TheHigh Precision Bevel Speed Reducer design alsohas a large output shaft bearing span, which provides exceptional overhung loadcapabilities without requiring any additional expensive component.
