Case in point;
A rock drill manufacture came to us with the problem of helical gears binding in their assembly, we had them send us sample parts from their present gear supplier, we inspected their parts using our proven inspection methods & found several problems by using our calibrated Fellows lead measuring Fellows profile checker & Found excessive lead & profile error, no more test where necessary. we wrote a quality plan for our potential customer, CG&S was awarded a contract & our rock drill builder has been drilling holes in their competition ever since.
