Hemorrhoids Stapler

A hemorrhoid stapler, also known as a stapled hemorrhoidopexy or stapled hemorrhoidectomy, is a surgical instrument used in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids, also called piles, are swollen veins in the rectum and anus that can cause discomfort, bleeding, and other symptoms. The stapled hemorrhoidopexy procedure is a minimally invasive alternative to traditional hemorrhoidectomy surgery. It is typically used to treat prolapsed hemorrhoids, which are hemorrhoids that have descended outside the anal opening. During a stapled hemorrhoidopexy, a circular stapling device is used to remove a portion of the abnormally enlarged hemorrhoidal tissue and to reposition the remaining tissue back into its normal position. This helps to restore the normal anatomy and reduce the symptoms associated with hemorrhoids.
