It is a combination of black pepper, ginger, ashwagandha, pipali, mulathi, rasna, suranjan and punarnava.
Action
Piper nigrum (Black Pepper)
Black pepper when ingested increases sweating and urination which play an important role in the removal of uric acid and disinfecting the body.
Zingiber officinale (Ginger)
Gingerol and shagoal are the active components in the ginger root that can help to reduce the production of enzymes that cause inflammation. It also helps acts as a good analgesic.
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)
The plant steroids (withanolides) exert anti-inflammatory action by regenerating the hormonal system that helps in treating glandular swellings and therefore promotes healing of tissues.
Piper longum (Pipali)
Pippali contains (piperine) which stimulate the release of metabolic heat energy in the body and has a marked anti-inflammatory activity which is helpful in treating joint pains. It is used as an analgesic for muscular pains and inflammation.
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Mulathi)
