the production line consists of pulping system, forming system,drying system and stacking system.pulping is the first step for whole line. There are one rotary forming machine and one transferring rotary machine, also can called roller machine. Each rotary machine has 6 forming platens and each platen can contain 2 molds, so totally need 24pcs molds.another feature worth to be noted is the drying line, this is a double roller type with 8 layer drying line, the line dimension is about 20m*2m*2.5m, which made it to be a very effective one.
