High-capacity device:
the most important part of our waste tire refining plant is reactor, which decide the machine’s quality and the oil output in some extent.
A.Reactor:Using 245R,345R boiler plate or 304 and 306 stainless.The thickness of part by fire is 14mm,16mm or 18mm,other parts 12mm.
B.End Enclosure:Using 245R,345R boiler plate and head of pressure vessel.
C.Welding:Using the same material welding wires,automatic welding,processing according to standard of head of pressure vessel.Guarantee the quality and bigger bearing capacity.
D.Compound door of feeding:Big door?—Φ1200mm;Small door—Φ720mm
With big door when feeding the whole tires and big pieces of waste plastic.With small door when feeding the broken tires and waste plastic,multifunction and many choice.
Using 245R,Boiler plate,the thickness is 12mm,the length is 1000mm,welding for three time at the junction and reinforcing.
