High-Consistency Pulper

D-Type Hydra pulper used mainly for handling waste paper or virgin pulp sheets. This machine has adopted the model D structure, it has changed the inflow type of the traditional pulper,shorten the circular flow direction of stock. The rotar contacts with the pulp more quickly, more frequently. It can be shorten the pulping time, save energy & increase the specific production in valume. High Consistency Pulper: It is used for breaking waste paper in high consistency. The rotor combines triple flighted & dentiform fly bar & produces intenses fiber to fiber friction, so it can speed the defibering of the waste paper.
