UHMWPE is a high impact engineering polymer that is mainly used for making blocks, sheets, rods & other fabricated items.It has extremely high molecular weight as its polymer chains are 10 to 20 times longer than high density polyethylene. This gives it the advantage of being free from stress-cracking and abrasion. The lubricity, chemical resistance and electrical properties of UHMWPE are the same as of conventional HDPE. These are used as liner and impeller in chemical processing pumps and in paper mills. It is also perfect for centric cleaner cones & nozzles, suction box cover, hydrofoils, doctor blades, gears, guides, strips, bottle feeder, sprockets, chopping & cutting board and other products that are used in food processing and bottling industries.
