The critical iron castings are conducted through finite element structural analysis. All castings are carried out with double aging treatment and vibratory stress relief to ensure the stability of machine accuracy.
The Z-axis adopts a flat V guideway, which has low wear and tear from reciprocating oscillations during the machining process and long service life.
When grinding bore and cylindrical coaxial requirements, with centerless support, the workpiece box adopts fixed and immobile, micro-adjustable angle, automatic loading, and unloading structure.
When grinding irregularities in the outer circle of the bore, a centered fixture is used, and the workpiece is manually loaded and unloaded or automatically loaded and unloaded by robots (or manipulators).
Optional dynamic monitoring device, adaptive grinding, online feedback of the real-time status of the grinding process, so that the grinding process is simplified, ensuring that the grinding wheel can "talk."
Remote monitoring: remote diagnosis of machine malfunctions, remote troubleshooting of software.
