Safety operation rules :
1. Check whether the transmission part and operating handle are normal and sensitive before starting the machine . Make sure the lubricating oil is enough ,according to the maintenance requirement .
2. Observe the workings at the first 3-5 minutes after starting the grinding machine ,to make sure the grinding wheel should be 3-5mm away from the workpiece . Confirm the lubrication cooling system and each functioning correctly before grinding operations .
3. Pay attention to the temperature and sound of the movement parts when the grinding machine is working .
4. Surface grinding machine grinding feed should be gradually from small to big , not at once in case of broken wheel .
