2. Features:
(1)this pump adopts frpp plastic material injection molding, can be used to a majority of chemical liquid and acid resistant, alkali-resisting.
(2)it is suitable for special occasions like all kinds of chemical circulation, cooling, cleaning equipment, exhaust tower, etching machine, chemical plating and nickel electroless.
(3)the pump adopts dry shaft sealing design. It could be idle running without any damage. Motor end cover has oil seal design to ensure acid gas won’t easily go into motor shaft so that it could protect motor and prolong its service life.
(4)the motor shaft adopts sus304 and titanium shaft and is shaped by special process inside the motor to ensure the concentricity and durability is in regular operation.
(5)the unique design of passageway has following advantages, such as high pressure, high efficiency, low noise, no leakage and easy to maintenance.
(6)the surface of motor could be painted with epoxy resin according to clients’ requirments, fastening screw could choose ti texture. Motor rotation axis could choose sus304 and titanium material.
