The Alfamix Series allow to produce parts with low / medium weight with open or closed mold application with the following standard specifications: 

• Duly insulated tank 60 liters capacity;
• Thermos regulation via tube nest heat ex changer for heating and cooling phase;v
• High efficiency axial piston pumps C-series with manual displacement;
• Axial piston mixing head with recycle;
• PLC and HMI Siemens S7-1200 series;
• Remote push button box on mixing head; 

OPTIONS:

• Low revolutions stirrer on component tanks;
• Flow-meters reading on dosing pumps C-series;
• Automatic loading pumps;
• Damped flow Mixhead HPDF8 or HPDF14;
