High Pressure Steam Generators

The NUK ® produces non-toxic process heat while offering the same advantages of a conventional hot oil system. The NUK® High-Pressure Steam Generator is a closed looped (hermetically sealed) system that produces steam for high-temperature applications. Oil Deodorization Sigma Thermal developed the NUK ® specifically for the application of oil deodorization, typically used within the food industry. During deodorization, the NUK is used as a heat source in the process to safely remove undesirable flavors and odors from edible oils; leaving the oil free from toxins.
