Ceramic furnace tubes, thermocouple protection tubes and insulating rods produced by unipretec are made of alumina ceramic (al2o3 > 99%). Alumina ceramic possesses a high melting point, strong hardness, and good chemical stability, making it a good material to withstand high temperature and chemical corrosion. The max. Using termperature of these tubes & rods can be up to 1800 â°c. They are an excellent choice in furnace and temperature measurement whenever safety and stability are required.
the size of the high temperature ceramic tubes & rods can be customized according to customers' requirement:
- the ceramic furnace tubes can be made from od 27~120mm and length 100~1750mm.
- ceramic thermocouple protection are one end closed tubes, standard dimension ranges are od 5~50mm and length 100~1750 mm.
- insulating rods & tubes are usually with one bore, two bores and four bores, the dimension ranges are od 1~12mm and length 100~1800mm.
