hardness :annealed(+a) max: 235 bhn
tool steel h11 when heat-treatment the preheat temperature need reach 788°c, and the temperature may be ± 14 °c .
Tool steel h11 when austenitizing ,should keep 5-15 minutes long. If is the salt bath ,temperature should keep in the 996 °c,and shall be ± 5.6 °c. Or is the controlled atmosphere furnaces,temperature should keep in the 1010 °c,and shall be ± 5.6 °c.
quenching: tool steel h11 hardening quenching using air cooling, and it’s hardness min is 53 rc.
tempering: tool steel h11 general tempering temperature is 552°c. Double tempering of double tempering of tool steel h11 is recommended.
Smelting & shaping: ef, efeaf+lf+vd, efeaf+esr,
ultrasonic test:material will be ultrasonically tested at appropriate stages of the manufacture to ensure the quality, as agreed between seller and purchaser.
