Machine Structure Features:
1)Unwinding is automatically lifted by electric crane, controled by magnetic powder tension, so as for smooth material unwinding and overall correction.
2)The printing group uses dual-wall structure; The printing mechanism uses the printing plate and the ceramic body to complete printing and quit printing.
3)NSK The transmission bearing is assembled by Japanese NSK, keeping stability in high speed operation
4)Enclosed ink chamber can rapidly load and unload (without tools).
5)The central impression roller has water cooling roller device to timely cool the materials and ensure quality.
6)The winding uses backward style suface winding; Electric crane easily unloads and transfer. The main winding force is the torque motor, constant torque winding makes flat winding.
