The design philosophy, manufacturing procedures, precision machinery and heat treatment equipment were acquired from their works at Switzerland. Today the Gear division has a full fledged in house design and engineering set up coupled with manufacturing infrastructure. It has also put in place an independent quality control system. Our facilities meet stringent technical requirement and boasts of having German Hofler Rapid 2600 grinding machine, one among very few in the country. The machine is capable of grinding gears to DIN-1 quality standard.
