High Speed Mixer

We offer pvc blanding machine and compounds.
Mixer vessel : mixer vessel fabricated from thick stainless steel sheet, water cooling jacketed with water inlet and outlet for additional cooling. A cast aluminium vessel-lid with leak-proof sealing rubber is hinged with the vessel having a locking device on opposite side, feed port, deflectior mount & lighting bulb with on/off switch. The discharge made of cast aluminium, equiped with valve type locking arrangement.
mixing tools : the mixing tools consist of bottom scraper & vertical adjustable
fluidising rotor made out from stainless steel.
drive : driven by “v” belts & flange mounted 12/15 kw dual speed 3ph.
ac electric motor having 1500/3000 r.p.m.
mixing tools speed : 600 / 1200 r.p.m.
electric control panel : separate control panel of automatic starter for the dual speed
electric motor and one temperature indicator ( 30 to 150 degree co ) &
one ammeter indicating motor current.
container capacity : 130 litres.
working capacity : 85 litres.
max. Output capacity : 200 kgs. Per hour approx. Depending on material being used &
strictly on operating conditions. 4 to 5 per our batch of 25 kg.
