High Speed Mixer

AMAR MAKE High speed compounding mixer is suitable for homogenized add mixing of polymers with other ingredients to prepare a good quality ready formulation which is used for further process

It is consisting of special mild steel plate wall construction having 10 mm thickness. Top cover is from 6 mm thick mild steel plate. Bottom plate is also 10 mm thick flate bed for easy outlet of the ready polymer from the vessel.

Bearing Housing is from C.I. Casting along with top and bottom cover ball bearings of standard co. make. Main shaft is in the bearing housing fitted at the bottom of the vessel. At the bottom of bearing housing shaft V belt pulley is mounted.

Specially designed four blades made of alloy steel, hardened and hard chrome plated for longer life. These blades mounted at the top of the main shaft driven by 3 phase AC single speed motor.

Control Panel with dust proof construction which housed with all controls like Mains Ampere Meter, Supply Volt Meter, Digital Temperature Indicator with Thermo Couple Sensor for vessel, starter for main motor and other elecetricals.
