Finally packed soap has the outer wrapper with heat seal on belly and envelops type end folds (also heat sealed). Soap is fed on flat belt conveyor that brings it to vacuum pick and place unit after taking a right angle turn in the High Speed Toilet Soap Wrapping Machine. Soap is placed on twin belts with lug pushers assisting in pushing it through vertically fed stiffener and wrapper. Care is taken to avoid any rubbing of soap with any stationery surface to prevent any mark. Partially wrapped soap is rotated by 180 degree and then moved by a gripped conveyor of the High Speed Toilet Soap Wrapping Machine to complete folding and sealing. Wrapped soap is erected and place in vertical position (optional) on a flat belt conveyor.
