cmk-3a has a new function for adjusting the speed of rolling ink; its speed can be adapted to different type of ink, control the best condition of printing completely, and ensure the best quality of printing.
1. Cmk-3a has manual controlled roller design optionally, therefore, it could confirm all the motions minutely, adjust the related condition to the best status, and bring the machine’s performance into full play.
2. Changing the original printing way of directly printing to the new printing way, which the alphabet mold is inked first, transfer ink into the rubber, and the transferable rubber is printed on the surface of product lastly, such new printing way could reduce the influence of the height of product in printing, and could spread ink at larger area in printing (ex.: the logo, bold line, etc.).
3. We supply many kinds of hardness of transferable rubber, which can be adapted to the different materials of products and printing condition, the printing quality can be kept well even for the product with small curved surface.
4. The attached alphabet mold base uses the design of “dovetail” fast orientation, it is replaced very fast (no more one-minute).
5. The operation speed can be assured to run with 120 cycles/min. Intermittently, or 135 cycles/min. Continuously.
