Roller hearth kiln is a conveyor type kiln. The kiln enables processing of material from one end to the other including the inspection, packing to be in one continuous cycle. This continuous kiln is the most energy efficient, because heat given off during the cooling cycle is recycled to pre-heat the incoming material to be fired.
