High Temperature Furnace

We are engaged in offering precision engineered high temperature furnace. Insulated double walled door of high temperature furnace is mounted on heavy duty hinges, in the front is provided with locking arrangements. The door is gasketted along edges to provide tight seal when the door of high temperature furnace is in closed position. Heating in high temperature furnace is achieved by kanthal a1 heating coils, evenly distributed in the inner chamber. Temperature is indicated and controlled by digital onoff controller working in conjunction with cral thermocouple housed in the hot zone. In addition, digital timer and heating achieved indication alarm to cover 30 square meter area will be provided in high temperature furnace. Air circulating fan assembly driven by suitable motor is incorporated in the unit for maintaining uniform temperature inside the working chamber. Adjusted air ventilator is provided at the top of high temperature furnace. Built in control panel accommodating indicating lamps, digital onoff controller, timer, onoff switch, etc., is located at the right side of the chamber for operational convenience. Since the high temperature furnaces are tailor-made, we can design and supply the same as per the customers' specificationsrequirements. material of construction triple walled chamber, (triple walls on three vertical sides) inner made of thick gauge stainless steel sheets of 304 grade, middle and outer made of 18 swg. Cold rolled mild steel sheets duly finished in powder coating. Inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with special grade ceramic fiber blankets to a thickness of 150 mm. technical specifications
