High Tenacity Yarn - 01

We offer wide collection polyester yarns in different varieties. These varieties possess a high-tenacity and are dimensionally stabilized filaments that make them strong and durable. We make use of modern machines for better quality polyester yarns. Our polyester filament yarns have high tenacity which makes these yarns to use for top grade sewing threads.  With superior quality and amazing finish, our polyester filament yarns have gained wide appreciations from clients. We also make the yarn as per the specifications from the clients.

• Strength : 6.5 - 7.0 gm per Denier, 7 for raw white and 6.5 for colors and black
• Elongation : 25 to 30%.
• Shrinkage (180 C Hot Air, 30 Min) : 3%
• Denier Range : 600D, 840D, 1600D and 2400D
• 90 Filaments : 840D, 900D, 1200D. 2. 100
• Filaments : 840D, 900D, 1200D, 1600D. 3.200, 1600D, 2400D
• Specific Gravity : The specific gravity of PPMFY is 0.91, which is lower than Nylon or Polyester. So under the same weight conditions, one gets more length of PPMFY compared to Nylon or Polyester
• PPMFY has low moistening characteristics therefore extremely easy to clean
• In normal temperature, it gives excellent resistance to Alkali and Acids
