    We are using 2 type of Servo motor and Drive packages to achieve Winding and Unwinding operation.Traverser will be unique design with LM Guideways and Ballscrews integrated with 1:1 connection of the servo motor.Control panel to house Drives and Operator Panel with 4 line HMI for Operator Interface. Uncoiler will be provided with brake chopper and brake resistor for maintaining Tension. Wire break is detected by Proximity switch.
    Complete operation will be controlled by ABB frequency Drive PLC unit with 3 inch HMI display. HMI will be placed in operation panel and Main PLC in the main control panel.
