This HighBay Occupancy Sensor can be mounted at a maximum height of 45 feet or 15 meters and can cover a distance of 60 feet in a 360 degree range of occupancy detection making it ideal for lofty heights:warehouses, highbay warehouses, machine shops, terminal buildings and waiting areas. Detection over a radius of 18 sqm, capability of watching over large areas, direct control of lights. The HighBay terminology implies ceiling heights in excess of 25 feet

Turns the Lights ON/OFF automatically. Very innovative responsive occupancy sensors respond to movements and light levels, automatically and instantly switching the light ON and OFF again after a preselected time.

This Occupancy Sensor operates on the principle of Passive Infrared Detection and possess a multi segment lens having 1416 switching zones making it very sensitive to human movements below. This Occupancy Sensor is adapted for lighting fixture mount as a direct surface mount on high ceilings may become untenable and inappropriate. Steinel offers a 3 year functional warranty against manufacturing defects only.
