Aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels are the solutions for a wide range of applications requiring flat, light-weight, and rigid specifications.

Construction/Structure:

Our ‘FAL’ aluminum honeycomb panels are made from aluminum honeycomb core and sandwiched by aluminum facings all bonded together by a layer of adhesive film.

Each individual piece of the sandwich panel may be customized for your needs: facing thickness, facing size, honeycomb thickness and honeycomb cell size.

Standard sizing options:

Panel size: 4 X8’, 4 X10’,4 X12’

Panel thickness: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm etc.

Cell side length: 6mm

Cell wall: 0.05mm

Facing thickness: 0.5mm,0.7mm,0.8mm,1.0mm (available 0.5mm – 1.2mm)
