Hinge test equipment is used for friction torque test and durability test of single axis hinges and concealed hinges. It has been updated to new generation with control and monitoring function. It is pneumatic driving and sliding connection to eliminate additional load apply to testing hinge except the door mass and natural effect of open and close movement. The equipment steel frame and steel door are finely made to ensure strict mounting requirement and easy to change different hinges
The equipment includes frame, four test doors, four sets of mounting base plates, four sets of pneumatic driving devices, and touch screen; It does not include general tools or test instruments (such as force meter, torque meter, scale, stopwatch, caliper, level ruler, angle ruler, and shear device etc.)

2),Load the test door according to hinge grade
3),Measure initial friction torque, vertical and lateral distance.
4),Open and close test door via air cylinder between 0 to 90 +/-5 degrade
5),Measure initial friction torque, vertical and lateral distance again and verify the hinge abrasion.
6),The test door and frame were made of heavy duty steel tube and can support the highest-grade hinge test door with maximum door 480kg.
