Paul & Company is offering Hexamethoxymethylated melamine  (HMMM) resins in three variants: HMMM 50 and HMMM 65, And now in HMMM 72 also on order basis.

Paul and Company is offering Resorcinol and Resorcinol derivatives, HMMM is used along with these products to give the desired result. Basically it is a Dry bonding agent, and it is part of the dry bonding system which leads to high adhesion between Rubber and Dipped/ Undipped Fabric and also with coated steel cords.

Dry Bonding system = Resorcinol/ Resorcinol Donor + Methylene Donor + Precipitated Silica These need to be added to rubber compound during MIXING stage.Benefits are as following :- Enhance adhesion of brass and zinc coated steel chords High levels of adhesion of rubber compounds Ammonia is not released Applications :Mainly used in manufacture of Tyres, Belts (Transmission, Conveyor), Hoses, Moulded items, Rubberised Fabric, etc.Features : It is available in 25 Kg Bag in Solid Form HMMM is made by mixing HMT and Ppt silica HMMM 50 has 45-52% Ash Content (please refer COA) HMMM 65 is 29-36%Ash content (please refer COA) Either of the two grades may be used, depending on the grade the dosage(PHR) would vary and otherwise there is no other difference.
