• Flyer-type winding head.
• Automatic core indexing, pneumatically actuated wire cutting and wire gripping, servo actuated finger opening.
• Electronic wire tension control through PLC to achieve precise tension. Programmable tension for different stages of winding facilitates achieving better-winding quality and flexibility in routing.
• Material exhaust sensing with a Smart-Detect system to judge the adequacy of material available on the spool at the beginning of each cycle reduces material wastage (Optional).
• High-performance multi-axes controller in stand-alone mode with multi-program memory and PLC interface.
• Flexible menu-driven programming through Windows-based Graphical User Interface (external PC) and user-defined operation sequencing coupled with a powerful set of intelligent functions for achieving complex winding configurations with exceptional ease.
