HOB CUTTERS :- MDTPL manufactures Gear Cutting Tools like Gear Cutting Hobs,Spline cutting Hobs and Chain Sprocket Hobs.Hobs are made from selected High Quality High Speed Steel grades.All the manufacturing operations like Machining,Profile Releiving,Heat-treatment,Grinding and Sharpening are done in-house with world class machinery and equipment.

MDTPL offers following Range of Hob-cutters

1. GEAR CUTTING HOB CUTTERS : : MOHINDRA Gear Cutting Hobs are manufactured with Bore and Key-way or with End Drive Slot.

Hobs are made in Single Start as well as Multi start Pitches generally in Machine Relieved forms (Class C) and also in Ground Relieved forms (Class A & B).

Hobs with Special features like Topping,Semi-Topping,Protoburence etc.can also be manufactured.

MOHINDRA Gear Cutting Hobs have Accurate Profile and other Parameters. Gear Hobs are manufactured in following sizes :

2. SPLINE CUTTING HOB CUTTERS: These Hob cutters are manufactured as per Standard and as per Specific requirements of the customer for Straight Sided Splines and Involute Splines. Spline Gear Hobs in Machine Relieved profiles with following features:-
i. With Lugs Without Chamfer
ii. Without Lugs Without Chamfer
iii. With Lugs and Chamfer
iv. Without full Fillet Radius without Chamfer .

3. CHAIN SPROCKET HOB CUTTERS : MDTPL manufactures Chain Sprocket Hobs in Machine Relieved Profiles confirming to IS,BS,DIN and ASA specifications with bore and keyway or with End Drive Slot.
