The company’s dry-type hollow filter reactor, mainly consist of the main coil, adjustable coil, special connectors, star-frame and high post insulator. Its structural features as follows:
(1)coil wound by a number of wire with small cross-section, using multi-level parallel duct structure, with good ventilation and heat dissipation effect, using epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic structure, Mechanical electric performance is greatly improved, especially a resistance short-circuit performance is very good
(2) adjust the outer coil installed in the bottom of the main coil which consist of many strand bare flat wires, adjusting the adjustment coil on the position of the move joints to achieve stepless adjustable of reactance value. adjustable range of inductance can be achieved ± 10% of ratings .
3 When asked to a wide adjustable range of reactor value, the reactor made with the formation of tap and adjustable coil . Reactor inlet and outlet terminals are X1, X2, when the moving joints connected to X1, the adjustment range of inductance is generally lower limit to the rating , when moving joints connected to X2, the adjustment range of inductance is generally rating to the maximum , achievable adjustable ± 10% .
4 star frame made of aluminum or copper welded row, playing a role of current lead and mechanical support.
