Full-Flush Doors an interlocked, hairline seams on vertical edges and have no visible seams on faces. Doors specified “seamless” have no visible seams on faces or vertical edges. A one piece, one inch cell, kraft-fibre honeycomb slab is securely bonded to both faces sheets under pressure with contact adhesive. The top and bottom door edges are closed by 1.5 mm steel channels welded in place. The top edge channel is flush and the bottom edge channel is inverted.
