Horizontal Cut Laminator Machine

 

This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipments.
Features : Present innovation is a designed of a horizontal laminator incorporating “Cut & Lay” principal. In this design dough is fed into the hopper as pre-sheeter. A pair of rolls forms initial sheet here, it then goes to 1st& final gouge rolls carried by the take off conveyors. The final sheet is transfer into horizontal conveyor where dough sheets of required lengths are cut. The conveyorised layering tables, one above the other, lays cut-dough sheet of the required length in number of layers with a reciprocating motion. The layering table is mounted on a motion guide line. Clamped in between two MS side plates. This ensures minimum friction and vibration free movement of the reciprocating table & layering of dough
