  • Unit has steam generator, steam jacket, working chamber, outer insulation cover – all stainless steel
  • Door with radial locking arrangement
  • Hydraulic testing of jacket 2 times the working pressure
  • Safety Devices: Pressure switch, safety valves, self locking of door when chamber is under pressure, vacuum breaker for jacket, low water level cut-off
  • Standard Features: Multiport valve, vacuum  drying for chamber, chamber condensate line with steam trap & chuck valve, dial thermometer, pressure gauges for steam generator and jacket, compound gauge for chamber, sight glass, stainless steel perforated tray, silicon gasket, glass wool insulation
  • Unit is mounted on a stainless steel tubular frame
  • Technical specification:
    Working Pressure: 1.2 kg/cm2 & 2.1kg /cm2           
    Working Temperature: 121°C & 134°C
