Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave Deluxe ModelÂ
(Triple walled with steam jacket and separate Boiler). The Autoclave is mounted on a M.S. tubular stand. This Autoclave’s Inner & Outer chamber & steam jacket are made of S.S. 304. Steam jacket allows Dry sterilization. Hinged door is made of Stainless steel. Radial locking arms prevent opening of the door while steam is inside the chamber. Gasket is of synthetic neoprene, Steam is generated in a separate boiler which is placed below the Main body. The steam generator is fitted with easily replaceable Heaters and water level indicator. Autoclave hold pressure at selected Point between 10 to 20 psi +/- 3 psi pressure control switch has Markings which are approximate, correct pressure is as shown by the pressure gauge Hydraulically tested at 40psi. Fitted with safety Valves, pressure gauge. Hydraulically tested at 40psi. Fitted With safety valves, pressure gauges, air filter, steam release valve, Stream trap, and one tray. 1Kg. Cm2 = 14.7 psi.
