Contact SupplierQueue Management is the process of organizing and optimizing queues to reduce waiting time and improve the overall customer experience. At DIGITECH, we have developed a highly efficient Queue Management System that is useful in managing queues in a wide range of environments such as banks, ticket counters, pharmacies, service centers, reservation counters, government offices, airports, corporate sectors, retail cash counters, and many more.
The system consists of:
✔ One large display for public viewing
✔ Calling units at each service counter
✔ Master control unit for managing system operations
✔ Token dispenser/printer for issuing serial tokens
Up to 5 line displays can be connected to the system to show 3-digit token numbers along with a single-digit counter number, allowing customers to easily identify their turn.
The system supports multiple models and can be customized based on user requirements. It features dual-language voice announcements, with English as the default language and an option to select one regional language such as Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
This is a wired queue management system and requires 6-core cabling between all interconnected components for reliable communication.
The token printer can manage up to 6 queues with separate serial numbering. A built-in LCD display on the printer shows the number of issued tokens along with date and time. Tokens are printed with headers, token number, date and time, and can include custom tail messages if required.
