Construction: Double walled; outside body made of MS and finished in epoxy paint. Inside working chamber made of MS or Aluminum or SS. Glass wool insulation between the two walls. Two removable wire mesh trays at fixed distance. Flush type door with leak proof gasket.
Heating: Nichrome wire heaters supported on refractories provided at the bottom. In memmert type, heaters are placed on three sides.
Air circulation: Forced air draft circulation.
Temperature range: 50 ºC to 200 ºC; up to 250 ºC provided in some models.
Controls:Solid state electronic thermostat; Digital indicating controller as optional.
Models: Available in Gravity convection, Memmert and air circulation models.
