Hot and Cold Chamber

Construction:
SRICO Hot & Cold Chamber, triple walled vertical type cabinet. Outer casing is mild attractively colour powder coating finished. 75 mm thickness glasswool / puf insulation minimize temperature loss. Stainless Steel/Aluminium interior walls supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacings. Trays made of Stainless Steel/aluminium. Intermediate wall maintains constant temperature inside the chamber. Fully view inner glass door closed on a resilient gasket and permits inspection of stores without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangements is provided in the double walled outer door. Also fitted a door operated lamp for illumination inside the chamber. The unit is mounted on caster wheels for ease of mobility.
Digital Temperature Indicating cum Controller:
Digital display temperature indication. Fully automatic solid state electronic controller with PT-100 sensor controls the temp. automatically. Press to set the temperature setting using the same display eliminates set and rest error and serves easy quick setting temperature +200’C to –80’C with sensitivity +/-1’C. Forced Air Circulation fan is fixed to maintain uniform temperature throughout the chamber. Hermatically sealed, high performance, low noise, CFC-free compressor works quickly and maintains the cooling coils run all round the inner chamber.
Refrigeration:
Arrangement consists of double stage gasket type model. Air cooled and gasket type condensers for first and second stage. Filters, solenoid valves, gas reservoirs, 502 and R 13 refrigeration gas, suitable copper pipelining, etc. are housed at the bottom of the Cold Chamber.
Control Panel:
All controls and circuits are housed at he side of the hot/cold chamber and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, cooling and heating indication. Digital temperature setting screw allow the user to select and set any desired temperature. Voltmeter, Ammeter, is provided on the panel to read the incoimg voltage and amps. Air brake magnetic contactor and ON/OFF switches, connecting strips, etc.
Power supply working on 230 volt single phase 50Hz A/c main, 3 wire system.

Optional For Above Models:
    1.Microprocessor Based Digital temperature Monitoring System with built-in Printer, ON/OFF type    temperature controller, high/low function are provided. The instrument accepts pt 100, 0r RTD input.    The input is linerised for high degree of accuracy. “INSTEAD” of digital controller.
