These Core Shooters can shoot in volumes of 5 to 20 kgs. The average machine cycle time is from 10 second onwards without gassing, shoot and exhaust. The clamping can be done by either hydraulic or pneumatic method. The opening, shooting and gassing are simultaneously done on three core boxes. The core boxes can be parted horizontally. While the unit requires a power input of 3.7 kW, the entire functions are managed by a Programmable Logic Controller.
