With high yield, obvious benefit, the production efficiency of this machine is much higher than the ordinary melting tank type scraping coating machine. The production speed is up to 30mmin. And there is no line trace appears on the film.

A lot of varieties of hot melt adhesive granules can be processed due to this machine adopts special design screw extruder. Especially for processing some special hot melt adhesive granules which is high viscosity, high melting point and difficult to plasticize, the effect is more obvious, which the ordinary melting tank type scraping coating machine is unable to process.

Therefore, the rate of waste defective greatly reduced.
