hot melt glue (jelly type glue) is solid at room temperature. As it does not contain water or solvent, it can attain peak bonding strength very quickly and dry easily. Glue usually melts at about 70-80 degrees celsius temperature. One can add 2 to 3 litres of water while melting as per the requirement of viscosity, quality of paper & board. Once melted, the glue is ready to use.
