Hot Tack Tester

Presto designs and manufactures Hot Tack Tester for hot tack and heat seal performance tests. These tests are performed for plastic films, laminated films, and other packaging films. The device is used for the tension, peel, shear,  and other test items for adhesive tapes, laminated films, plastic films, adhesive, paper and other flexible materials.

The device is basically used for various tests. The hot tack performance such as plastic films, sheets, and composite films, for example, PET, PP, and composite films that are used in packages for instant noodle, milk powder, washing powder, food, and drugs. The heat seal performance of the device is used in plastic films, sheets, and composite films whereas the peel strength is used for adhesives and adhesive tapes. The tensile strength test is performed for various films, sheets, and composite films.

The machine is finished in Autumn Gray & Blue combination painting and bright chrome / zinc plating for providing corrosion resistant finish. The equipment provided with Instruction Manual, Electrical Wiring Diagram & Calibration Certificate traceable to NABL approved Labs
