HPDC Die Engine Oil Pan

Description- Oil pan/ Oil sump of GM Engine Apart from extremely critical Engine Parts like Blocks, Bed Plates and Cylinder Heads, Xinyu Mould manufacture Oil Pans, Sumps for critical engine applications. The oil is used to lubricate the engine's moving parts and it pools in a reservoir known as its sump, at the bottom of the engine. Use of a sump requires the engine to be mounted slightly higher to make space for it. Often though, oil in the sump can slosh during hard cornering, starving the oil pump. For these reasons, racing and piston aircraft engines are "dry sump" using scavenge pumps and a swirl tank to separate oil from air, which is also sucked up by the pumps. The oil pan is for GM car, we have been awarded this die in quadruplicate, all the inserts for each die must be interchangeable , that means all the dimensions must be strictly in line with drawing and ensured during processing, the remedy by bench worker should be as less as possible, in order to ensure the machining precision during dies' manufacturing, XINYU MOULD used 5 axis machining center, Thus, the NC machining quality of the dies are greatly improved and the machining speed on the dies is greatly improved, the working procedure is reduced, the production cycle and the number of times of clamping of the die are shortened, and the time-consuming repair work of the bench worker is sometimes eliminated.
